Midtown Demolition is a Kansas City based demolition company providing any and all demolition services. We specialize in interior gut-outs, “white-boxes”, full demolition, selective demolition, dismantling, and recycling. We are committed to meeting the needs of our client’s schedules and budgets without taking short cuts. All work is performed safely and professionally.
We have the resources to insure all projects are completed safely and efficiently. We pride ourselves on our workforce. All workers are highly skilled and reliable. We provide all workers with the latest safety training, along with quality tools and equipment. We believe this combination of skill, training, and quality of tools and equipment elevates our work force to the next level.
SAFETY
Midtown Demolition prides itself on safe and efficient work practices. Safety is number one and all of our workers are required to complete OSHA 10 safety training. All projects have a designated lead-man along with a project manager. Safety audits are performed on all job sites
and toolbox talks are mandatory.
We utilize a designated safety director for site audits and to help implement safe work practices and job safety analysis on high-risk demolition projects.
Midtown Demolition bonds projects as needed and can meet all insurance regulations. All local, state, and
federal laws and regulations are followed on each and
every project.
We are doing our part to be as eco-friendly as possible. We recycle debris as opposed to sending it to landfills.
This includes organic material, scrap, and concrete. We
also salvage and donate various items from job sites to individuals and charities.
